Im Certain this is a Poetry Blog

im almost certain that i opened this blog as a poetry blog..... it started out with more poetry and less chit chat.... im not complaining about the new format, but my stories or my personal incidents seem to distract readers from the poems themselves.... or maybe yall notice the poem and yall just choose to willfully ignore them. Reader A thinking*: hmmmmm, maybe if i ignore his poems long and hard enough, maybe lovelife4sale would stop writing them*..... (i really hope yall dont think that)


So, this post would be more Poetry and less Chit Chat. 

my friend says people hardly comment on the poetry because they think it is nice. that logic doesnt follow with me, if you think something is good or nice, why would you keep quiet and not comment....... i find it impossible to always write good stuff, i need criticism, i wanna find out if i could possibly be getting better with my poems or im just taking a horrible nose dive with the skills within my poetry. Sincere and brutally honest comments about all poetry i post are welcome and they would be helpful. Even if it was a Thumbs up or Thumbs down you put as a comment. 


i have 3 poems that have been sitting on my Blackberry notepad, i dont know where else i could ever fit them into a post and i dont want to write a post on the premise of the poems soooo.... comment or write thumbs up or thumbs down how you see fit. 


Poem 1
Suggested Name of Poem: Time


My life is a badly written script
i have played out the scenes in my life
over and over again
searching for the ever elusive happy ending
retracing al the steps my heart led me too
curtains drawing while i refuse to exit stage left
i have seen you walk into my life 
on every screenplay i have created to my life
but i always see you walk right out
more times than i can choose to remember
i have put my love life for sale
hoping eventually you buy it back for a bargain
but the truth always remains
you are gone

Suggested Name of Poem: That Feeling


Im searching for that new and improved kinda love
the i cant wait to see you and kiss you immediately kinda feeling,
the puppy love 
call each-other silly nicknames cuz thats how i feel about you feeling,
the "OMG", you just read my mind
IDK how you do that
but i was just about to say that kinda feeling,
The i love you 
while Scribbling Xs and Os on my Notepads
while im in Class kinda feeling,
Daydreaming while i see how her name sounds next to my last name 
kind of feeling,
Then we say all the cheesy dorky things
with the earnest sincerity and innocence of kids kind of feeling,
im just searching for all the vaguely familiar kinda feelings
that are reminiscent of new age reincarnated lovers
but unlike Jerry Marguire and all the romantic comedies i grew up believing
i am almost afraid that
my hopeless romantic nature
is all hopeless
and almost no Romantic
