Beginning of the week monday and im putting out a new post already, wow, yall should be happy, actually, i am happy for you that you are happy (comeon say it slow, you would get the gist of what i am trying to say). i findout that when i type the way i talk, it sounds like im speaking and constructing my sentences in a puzzle like manner. I blame my Yoruba Teacher. lol
Sooo, it has come to my attention that
yall just dont even send/care about my poetry anymore, so this is a mini revenge, this post is all about poetry, and particularly, my poetry. if you dont like it, you can hug a Transformer (and no, im not talking about optimus prime and bubble bee)...
this post has no structure or no certain order, but im going to
The lies i long to hear....
this poem has a story to it, i would hate to get deep into the story but the summary is, i was in a situation with a girl i liked, She had a Boyfriend, Her Boyfriend was Cheating and every single thing Guys do, and she was all distraught about it, sooo, she we moved from Lightly flirting to Sensual Kisses, all motivated for all the wrong reasons. i was lonely and she was heart broken, so we kinda fit together like broken pieces of a complete mirror. we both knew it was an interim thing, but i kinda wished it would last longer. It is one of the first poems i wrote this year, but here it is
Kiss me,
Just for a little longer
and whisper all the sweet nothings
i have always imagined you saying to me
lie to me
for i give you my permission and my heart
steal away my words
with your passionate kisses and soft lips
the voices in my head are slowly getting louder
so excuse me if im screaming silently as you walk away from me
yet again
your presence is my therapy
your scent is my sanity
im crazy about you
no, actually im just plain crazy without you
i would sell my soul over and over and over again
because i know being around you
is like free falling with a broken parachute
but its a pain so deep and so raw
im willing to make believe
that my plunge from the edge of reason
is actually more than a feeble attempt
in learning to fall in love
This next Poem, open secrets, its Such an old poem i wrote, i wrote it almost 3 years back, Alot of things can happen in 3 years, Its very Risque, i may be sensual, i may be hopelessly romantic, sometimes i may be an old perv in my head, but i dont really write overtly suggestive or Sexual Poetry. pls dont get me wrong, im not exactly a saint, but im not really a good sinner too. But its one piece of poetry that i have held on for so long. whenever i previous wrote poetry, i would write it on a scrap book or a sheet of paper, and if it belonged to someone, i always gave the person the original copy, So im still so psyched that i have held on to this on for so long.
let me inhale you softly
as you turn wet from the tip of my tongue
to the base of your hips
to the base of your hips
let me taste you a little bit longer
for it has surely been a minute too long
for it has surely been a minute too long
waiting for you
my little secret is growing bigger
from the stench of your musty body
my arms have been civil for too many moments
lay down on you back
and resist at your will
for tonight
i am your master
and you are my slave
So a lil note before i go
COMMENT ON THE POETRY OR ELSE *BBM ANGRY FACE*
